Instructions

1. Mix the citric acid with the water and add the elderflower. Then let stand for 24 hours.
2. Filter out the elderflower and add sugar to the liquid, then bring to the boil.
3. Then mix with the grain and bottle.
4. Citric acid can be obtained from the pharmacy if necessary.
