Shake out the elderflower, add the flowers with the small stems to the light-colored fruit juice (light-colored juices can also be mixed) and leave to stand overnight, covered.
Strain the next day, e.g. line a vegetable sieve with a kitchen roll and let it drain. Pour the elderflower juice into a glass carafe, cover.
This juice can be drunk with or without water. Both tastes wonderful. Enjoying chilled is also delicious, but not a must.
This fruit juice can be used to make a delicious fruit pudding with pudding powder or starch (see recipe for elderflower pudding).
