Instructions

  1. Cut the untreated lemon into slices and squeeze the other lemons. Put the lemon slices and juice as well as the sugar, the water, the flowers and the mint together in a sealable carafe or bowl and let it steep for 24 hours at room temperature. (In any case, put the white wine and sparkling wine in the cold.) Filter the mixture and pour the white wine and sparkling wine on top.
