Instructions

  1. Shake the elderflower well so that all the animals are gone.
  2. Put the cleaned cones with the sugar and lemon juice in a large glass. Pour the vinegar on top and shake everything well.
  3. Let the vinegar steep, strain after 4 weeks and fill into smaller bottles.
