Ingredients
- 6 large elderflower umbels
- 750 ml balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

- Shake the elderflower well so that all the animals are gone.
- Put the cleaned cones with the sugar and lemon juice in a large glass. Pour the vinegar on top and shake everything well.
- Let the vinegar steep, strain after 4 weeks and fill into smaller bottles.
