  • 10 elderflower umbels
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 3 lemon (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the untreated lemon into slices, squeeze the other lemons. Mix the lemon slices, lemon juice, elderflower, mint with the water and sugar. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Then filter and refrigerate. Add wine and sparkling wine just before serving.
