- 10 elderflower umbels
- 1 kg sugar
- 2 lemon (s) sliced
- 1 packet lemon (s) acid or tartaric acid

- The elderflowers are washed and poured with the sugar, the lemons and the tartaric acid in a large earthenware pot with 10 liters of boiling water. The whole thing has to brew for 24 hours (preferably cover with a large plate and put the pot in the cellar). In summer this juice is a welcome refreshment with us (or as a spritzer with mineral water).
