Ingredients
- 5 liters water
- 15 elderflower umbels
- 2 lemon (s), untreated
- 300 g suar

- Pluck the flowers from the coarse stems and remove any small animals.
- Bring the water to the boil, chop (untreated) lemons early
- add the sugar too.
- As soon as the water boils, throw in the flowers. Here the quantity is of course
- approximately. It can be more. Or maybe it works with less
- Blossoms.
- As soon as the flowers are in the brew, turn off the stove. Pull the whole thing for a few more minutes
- leave (not too long), then pour over a sieve and bottle as hot as possible
- Fill (so that a vacuum is created).
- Let it cool down, then put it in the fridge and enjoy! Definitely cold!
- Poured into appropriate containers, it also makes a great water ice.
- Note: The recipe is designed for 5 servings.
