Milkshake with Carrot Juice and Egg

Very tasty and easy-to-prepare milkshake with carrots, perfect for breakfast or a snack. The addition of an egg to such an original drink makes it especially tender. Worth trying!

Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Milk – 300 ml
- Carrots (for juice) – 230 g
- or carrot juice – 100 ml
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
Directions
- First, squeeze the juice from the carrots. If you have a juicer, you can use it. Or, peel the carrots, wash and grate on a fine grater.
- Optionally, to maximize the amount of squeezed juice, the chopped carrots can be placed in the blender bowl and pounded at the highest speed for about 1-1.5 minutes.
- Then rub through a sieve shredded carrots or just squeeze the juice through several layers of cheesecloth.
- I got about 100 ml of carrot juice.
- Beat the egg into the blender bowl.
- Add carrot juice.
- Pour in milk.
- Add sugar.
- Beat at high speed for about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the finished drink into glasses and serve.
