Carrots in Juice

For this dish, carrots are cut into long cubes and prepared with the addition of orange juice and cumin.
Ingredients
- Carrots – 450 g
- Water – 6 glasses
- Orange juice – 3 tbsp
- Butter, melted – 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin – 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
- Mix orange juice, oil and cumin.
- Peel the carrots, wash, cut first into pieces 7-8 cm long, and then into sticks the size of a large match.
- Boil water in a large saucepan. Put carrots in boiling water, cook for 2 minutes, until half cooked.
- Drain and dry the carrots and place on a serving platter. Drizzle the orange sauce over the carrot sticks.
