Carrots in Orange Juice

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 450 g
  • Water – 6 glasses
  • Orange juice – 3 tbsp
  • Butter, melted – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin – 0.5 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice, oil, and cumin.
  2. Peel the carrots, wash, cut first into pieces 7-8 cm long, and then into sticks the size of a large match.
  3. Boil water in a large saucepan. Put carrots in boiling water, cook for 2 minutes, until half cooked.
  4. Drain, pat dry, and place on a serving dish. Drizzle the orange sauce over the carrot sticks.
