- 4 orange (s), untreated
- 50 g citric acid
- 800 g suar
- 8 liters water

- Wash the oranges well and cut into cubes with the peel. Then put the orange cubes with the citric acid and 1 liter of water in a large saucepan and let stand overnight.
- The next day, place on the stove as it is and cook until the orange cubes are soft. Mix everything with a hand blender. Fill up with the sugar and the 7 liters of water and bring to the boil again.
- Finally, fill everything into prepared bottles and close with rubber caps while still warm.
- This juice is not very sweet. Very inexpensive.
