Milkshake with Orange Juice and Oat Flakes

A simple and nutritious milkshake with orange juice and oatmeal will energize you for the whole day. Delicious and uncomplicated – great breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Orange juice – 120 ml
  • Oatmeal flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Oatmeal is best when cooked quickly. Honey, if desired, can be replaced with sugar, syrup, sugar substitute, or even no sweetener at all.
  2. Combine milk, orange juice, and honey in a blender bowl. Beat on high speed for about 1 minute.
  3. Add oatmeal. Beat on high speed for about 1-2 minutes. Leave the mixture directly in the blender for about 5-7 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
  4. Beat again on high speed for about 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
  5. A simple and nutritious milkshake with orange juice and oatmeal is ready. We pour it into glasses and serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
