  • 175 g cornstarch
  • 75 g almond (s), peeled, finely rated
  • 1 glass apricot jam or jelly
  • 1 package cake icing, dark

Instructions

  1. Stir the fat until foamy, gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg, then the flour, cornstarch and the almonds. Using a piping bag with a serrated nozzle, spray the dough in small paws onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (some effort, but it`s worth it).
  2. Bake at 180-200 ° for 10-15 minutes.
