- 250 g mararine, or butter
- 175 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 175 g flour
- 175 g cornstarch
- 75 g almond (s), peeled, finely rated
- 1 glass apricot jam or jelly
- 1 package cake icing, dark
