- 16 elderflower umbels, fully bloomed
- 2 liters water
- 1 lemon (s)
- 150 g honey
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Harvest the elderflowers after a long period of fine weather, then they have the most aroma.
- Cut away the large stems. Cut the lemons into slices. Prepare both with the water.
