Ingredients

  • 16 elderflower umbels, fully bloomed
  • 2 liters water
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 150 g honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Harvest the elderflowers after a long period of fine weather, then they have the most aroma.
  2. Cut away the large stems. Cut the lemons into slices. Prepare both with the water.
  3. Melt the honey with a little water and over low heat. Then give the approach.
  4. Stir in a pinch of salt.
  5. Cover and leave to stand for 24 hours. Then strain and best enjoy fresh.
