- Cut the Emmentaler into fine cubes, drain the corn and finely dice the onion.
- Whisk all other ingredients into a homogeneous dressing and fold in.
- Season to taste and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
- Fresh baguette or grilled food also tastes good in summer. Instead of corn, kidney beans also go very well.
