Instructions

  1. The endive salad is freed from withered and dark leaves, washed thoroughly and cut into fine strips.
  2. Mix the yoghurt well, season with lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, salt and plenty of herbs. Just before serving, carefully mix the salad with the sauce.
