Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into small strips and place in a salad bowl. Chop the onion and garlic cloves and add. Season with Maggi, liquid sugar, lemon, oil and the spices.
  2. Let it steep for about 15 minutes before eating.
  3. Serve with mashed potatoes and possibly fried meat as you like (black pudding, panhas, pork belly, bratwurst, etc.) or fried eggs.
  4. It tastes particularly good when you mix the mashed potatoes and the salad.
  5. Also suitable for WW without fatty meat.
