Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce (endive)
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Maggi
- Sugar, liquid
- oil
- Lemon juice

- Cut the lettuce into small strips and place in a salad bowl. Chop the onion and garlic cloves and add. Season with Maggi, liquid sugar, lemon, oil and the spices.
- Let it steep for about 15 minutes before eating.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and possibly fried meat as you like (black pudding, panhas, pork belly, bratwurst, etc.) or fried eggs.
- It tastes particularly good when you mix the mashed potatoes and the salad.
- Also suitable for WW without fatty meat.
