- 4 tablespoon condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash oil, (good quality)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 dash vinegar, (herb vinegar)

- Finely dice the onion. Mix with canned milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add a small dash of oil and carefully add vinegar until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Mix with the salad just before serving.
