Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead quickly. Form rolls 4 cm in diameter. Now either freeze them for 1 - 2 hours or put them in a very cold place for 24 hours.
Then cut 1/2 cm thick slices and place on a greased baking sheet or baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Tip: The dough is easy to prepare - I take double the amount, freeze the raw dough and then bake the biscuits as I have time.
