Instructions

  1. Dice butter and marzipan and knead with flour, cane sugar and salt. Shape into 1-2 thin rolls and wrap in aluminum or cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Then cut into slices about 0.5-1 cm thick. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Do not touch after baking! The biscuits will only harden after they have cooled down.
