For the refreshing summer drink, simply put approx. 3 ice cubes in a glass, pour a little cold espresso over them, then add a little vanilla ice cream if you like and round off with a wonderfully chilled stout. Season to taste depending on the type of stout and the intensity of the beer taste and, if necessary, sweeten a little with sugar.
Last but not least, add a little vanilla ice cream on top, decorate with chocolate sauce and serve.
