Ingredients
- some ice cubes
- 500 ml espresso, cold
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 bottle beer (stout), preferably with a light chocolate or coffee note
- some chocolate sauce
- sugar

- For the refreshing summer drink, simply put approx. 3 ice cubes in a glass, pour a little cold espresso over them, then add a little vanilla ice cream if you like and round off with a wonderfully chilled stout. Season to taste depending on the type of stout and the intensity of the beer taste and, if necessary, sweeten a little with sugar.
- Last but not least, add a little vanilla ice cream on top, decorate with chocolate sauce and serve.
