Instructions

  1. Remove the stem and core from the apples and cut into pieces.
  2. Remove the stems and flower bases from the rose hips and place in a vessel with rock candy, cinnamon stick and grain.
  3. Let it steep for about 8 weeks in a sunny place, then filter and fill into bottles.
  4. Then let the liqueur mature for a good six months.
  5. The liqueur is well suited after a hearty meal.
