Ingredients
- 100 g rose hips
- 150 g apples
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 260 g rock suar
- 1 bottle schnapps (grain 32%)

- Remove the stem and core from the apples and cut into pieces.
- Remove the stems and flower bases from the rose hips and place in a vessel with rock candy, cinnamon stick and grain.
- Let it steep for about 8 weeks in a sunny place, then filter and fill into bottles.
- Then let the liqueur mature for a good six months.
- The liqueur is well suited after a hearty meal.
