Ingredients
- 400 g rose hips
- 400 g apples, peeled and chopped up
- 500 ml white wine
- 600 g preservin suar, 3: 1
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- some orange peel, untreated

- Prepare spin-off glasses. Wash rose hips. Cut off stems and flowers. Halve the fruit and remove the stones with a small spoon. It is essential to wear gloves, otherwise the tiny hairs itch a lot!
- Boil the prepared rose hips with wine for 15-20 minutes, add liquid if necessary.
- Add the apples, spices and preserving sugar, bring to the boil and puree. Let simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Carry out a gelling test and fill into prepared glasses.
- Let the jam cool upside down.
- This recipe is enough for about 5 glasses.
