Instructions

  1. For the salad, wash the lettuce heart and cut into strips. If necessary, remove the outer leaves and the bitter stalk from the chicory and cut into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, core the apple and cut into small cubes. Put everything in a salad bowl. If you like, you can add chopped herbs from the garden.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, season to taste and pour over the salad. Vinegar is not necessary, the apple gives the salad its acidity and freshness.
  3. Mix shortly before serving so that everything stays crisp.
