Finely dice all cheeses. Also cut the pineapple slices into cubes. Put in a bowl.
Put the spices, mayonnaise and pineapple juice in a bowl and stir to a homogeneous mass. Then pour the dressing over the diced cheese. Mix well and place in the refrigerator to steep for about 1-2 hours until eaten.
The salad tastes best with white bread such as toast, baguette or ciabatta.
