Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage salad and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and core the apple and cut into small pieces with the skin on. Drizzle with a little lemon juice so it doesn`t turn brown. Carefully fillet the orange.
Make a marinade from lemon juice, oil and pineapple juice and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix the fruit and salad together and arrange with the marinade just before serving.
