Sear the minced meat and stir it until crumbly with the whisk, season with salt and pepper, then add the onion, garlic and courgette and fry until the courgettes are almost cooked. Add the peeled tomatoes and let everything simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Then add the herbs and finally pour in the coconut milk (amount depending on taste)
I also have baguettes or wholemeal noodles, but it certainly tastes very good with rice.
