Heat the oven to the highest setting. Heat a large pan with butter / oil on medium heat. Roughly cut the bacon / ham and add to the pan to roast.
In the meantime, stir the eggs, cream cheese, cream, pepper, a little salt and parsley with a mixer until frothy. Be careful not to beat butter out of the cream.
