- 100 g cream cheese, fat level to taste
- 100 g whipped cream
- Bacon or smoked bellies
- Ham
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped, dried
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Heat the oven to the highest setting. Heat a large pan with butter / oil on medium heat. Roughly cut the bacon / ham and add to the pan to roast.
- In the meantime, stir the eggs, cream cheese, cream, pepper, a little salt and parsley with a mixer until frothy. Be careful not to beat butter out of the cream. Pour the egg mixture over the now golden fried bacon and reduce the temperature. When it begins to stagnate, place in the oven to briefly gratinate. Top heat is enough now. After it has risen fluffy and has taken on color, it can be served.
