- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices bacon, like English cut
- 30 g crème fraîche
- 30 g cheese, rated e.., Edam, Mozzarella or Cheddar
- salt and pepper
- Chives for sprinkling

- Fill a large flat baking dish with boiling water.
- Butter two casserole molds, alternatively a muffin tray and line with a slice of bacon.
- Beat one egg each in a mold and add a little salt and pepper. Whisk the crème fraîche with the cheese and a little butter and add to the eggs.
- Carefully place the molds in the baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for about 8 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the oven and set aside. Cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the eggs.
