Ingredients
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 1 slice ham, cooked
- 40 g cheese, diced (e.. Emmentaler, Edam, Cheddar, Feta)
- 40 ml whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon parmesan, grated
- salt
- pepper
- paprika powder, (noble sweet)
- 1 pinch (s) herbs from Provence
- 1 teaspoon butter, for greasing

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven or 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Baking tray or grid medium drawer.
- Grease 1 casserole dish per serving with the butter.
- Beat the eggs, add the chopped cheese and the ham torn into small pieces, mix well and pour the same amount into the molds.
- Whisk the cream with the grated Parmesan, herb mixture, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Pour equal parts of the mixture onto the egg and ham mixture and, depending on the desired consistency, let it set in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- Tip:
- The ham can be left out. Steamed or seared vegetables instead or in addition harmonize fantastically.
- Oregano, basil also go well with egg dishes.
- Cheese: Anything you like.
- The quantities given are a guideline. Ham and cheese contain more or less salt. So be careful when seasoning.
