Mini Burgers with Baked Egg

Small closed hot sandwiches with egg and cheese – delicious!
Servings: 2
Ingredients
- Buns with a diameter of 10 cm – 2 pcs.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 30-50 g
- Ketchup – 1-2 teaspoon
- Cheese – 20-30 g
How to make a hot egg and cheese sandwiches:
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Grease the muffin mold with vegetable oil. Carefully break an egg into each mold. Bake eggs in the oven until tender. It took me 30 minutes.
- Cut the buns in half.
- Heat butter in a frying pan. Layout the buns, cut down, and heat them under a lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Remove the baked eggs from the oven.
- Take the bottom half of the buns. Put 0.5-1 teaspoon of ketchup on each. Place the baked egg on top.
- Then sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with the top half of the bun. Put the prepared burgers back in the pan, squeeze a little, and heat the sandwiches with egg and cheese over low heat for 5 minutes (so that the cheese melts).
