- Mix the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil together. Finely chop the onions and radishes. Chop the chillies and crush the garlic cloves.
- Then add everything to the vinegar-lemon juice mixture and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- The sauce is ready to eat straight away. However, it is better to let them steep for a day in order to retain their full flavor.
- Can be stored in a sealable container in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
