Ingredients

  • 225 ml vinegar
  • 90 ml lemon juice
  • 2 onions)
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon chilli pepper (s), chopped
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil together. Finely chop the onions and radishes. Chop the chillies and crush the garlic cloves.
  2. Then add everything to the vinegar-lemon juice mixture and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. The sauce is ready to eat straight away. However, it is better to let them steep for a day in order to retain their full flavor.
  4. Can be stored in a sealable container in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
