Ingredients

  • 4 slices Kasseler salmon
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 glasses tomato peppers, (drained weight per glass 165 g)
  • 1 bottle hot chilli sauce (a.250 ml)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g cheese, rated (Gouda, Maasdammer)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tomato peppers well, saving 100 ml of the broth.
  2. Place the Kassel slices in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Slice the mushrooms, fry them and season with salt and pepper, then spread over the smoked pork.
  4. Mix the chilli sauce with the cream and the collecting stock and pour over the ingredients in the baking dish. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
  5. Then take it out, spread the cheese on it and bake it again at the same temperature for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. Potatoes or crispy baguettes go well with this.
