Instructions
Soak the beans in water for a day.
Drain the beans the next day, keeping ¼ liter. Put the beans together with the chopped garlic, the soaking water, olive oil, sage, pepper and salt in an ovenproof dish.
Cook in a preheated oven at 125 ° C for at least 3 hours.
Tastes lukewarm as an antipasti with ciabatta.
