Ingredients
- 300 g beans, white, dried
- 2 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 3 stalks sage, fresher
- liter ⅛ olive oil
- water for soaking
- salt and pepper

- Soak the beans in water for a day.
- Drain the beans the next day, keeping ¼ liter. Put the beans together with the chopped garlic, the soaking water, olive oil, sage, pepper and salt in an ovenproof dish.
