Ingredients
- 900 g potato (s), cut into cubes
- 200 g tofu, plain or paprika tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 vegetable onion (s), cut into cubes
- 1 onion (s), red, cut into cubes
- 3 pointed peppers, red, cut into cubes
- 100 g cherry tomato (s), halved
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon ajvar
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut)
- 2 tablespoon thyme, fresh or dried
- salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes

- Mix the tomato paste, ajvar and oil in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything carefully and season with the spices. Then let something go.
- In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, preheat the sheet as well.
