Instructions

  1. Prepare falafel balls according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel the shallot and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop tomatoes.
  3. Put parsley, onions and tomatoes in a bowl. Stretch with leaf spinach or lamb`s lettuce, depending on how strong you want the parsley flavor.
  4. For the dressing, mix the tahini with a little milk and a dash of the olive liquid (from the glass). Season to taste with salt and pepper
  5. Spread the dressing, olives and falafel balls on top of the salad. Top with a little humus (optionally homemade)!
  6. Good Appetite!
