Instructions
- Wash the potatoes. Then use a sharp knife to cut approx. 1 cm wide wedges into the potatoes. Be careful not to cut through, only cut up to a third.
- Place the potatoes in an ovenproof baking dish, pour the olive oil over them and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary.
- Bake at approx. 200 degrees for about 40 minutes until golden.
- The scratched potatoes open like a fan, are super pretty to look at and taste great.
