Instructions

  1. Drain the canned tuna well and place in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into eighths and add them to the bowl with the finely chopped onions, radishes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper and refine with a dash of lemon juice and olive oil. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve with rice or potatoes.
