Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel them and cut them into thick slices. Chop the spring onions and dice the peppers. Cut the Cabanossi into slices as well.
  2. Fry the potatoes and peppers and season. Add the cabanossi and spring onions. Fry everything together for a few minutes until the desired degree of browning is achieved.
