Here is my farmer`s breakfast! Wash the potatoes, cook in the peel for 30 minutes. Quench, peel and let go cold.
Slice. Dice the bacon and fry in the pan. Add the potatoes, season with salt and fry until light brown.
Whisk eggs with milk and salt. Add the ham cubes. Peel and cut tomatoes as desired. Mix in the egg milk and pour over the potatoes. The farmer`s breakfast is done when the egg mixture has set.
Finely chop the chives, sprinkle over them and serve immediately!
