- 3 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 125 g ham, diced
- 2 tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives

- Here is my farmer`s breakfast! Wash the potatoes, cook in the peel for 30 minutes. Quench, peel and let go cold.
- Slice. Dice the bacon and fry in the pan. Add the potatoes, season with salt and fry until light brown.
- Whisk eggs with milk and salt. Add the ham cubes. Peel and cut tomatoes as desired. Mix in the egg milk and pour over the potatoes. The farmer`s breakfast is done when the egg mixture has set.
- Finely chop the chives, sprinkle over them and serve immediately!
