Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cream, fried onions and spices. Cut the ham into small cubes. Put some fat in a pan and fry the ham briefly over high heat. When the ham is already slightly crispy, pour the egg mixture over it and bake with a wooden spoon, stirring constantly. If you like, you can garnish it with chives. Tip: If you still have boiled potatoes, you can also dice them very finely and mix them with the egg mixture.
