- Fry the minced meat well in the fat. Stir in onions and garlic and stir in the diced peppers and potatoes, let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add the tomatoes and now all the spices, mix well, put the lid on, bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Now stir in the beans, season a little if necessary and simmer for another 5 minutes.
